The WS500 Kit is designed to provide a compact, durable and user friendly control solution for either new or rebuilt resistance welding machines. User programming and monitoring are simple using a built-in tactile keypad in conjunction with backlit LCD display.

The WS500 Kit (Part Number 94-10-29-USA) consists of:

• WS500 Timer
• Power Card (Firing Board & Synchronization)
• Control Transformer (Line Voltage; 580, 480 and 240)
• Power Supply (24V DC)

Other Options are:

• Fuse Kit (UL)
• Resistor (680 ohm)
• HD Resistor (500 ohm)
• 1200 amp SCR
• 1800 amp SCR
